We understand that travel plans can change – sometimes due to unexpected surprises that even Costa Rican wildlife can’t compete with. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

• More than 21 days before your arrival: Cancel or modify free of charge.

• Between 21 and 7 days before your arrival: We’ll retain 50% of the booking amount.

• Less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: The full booking amount will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation, we charge a 50% deposit of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% can be paid upon arrival – we accept both credit cards and cash.

In Case Life Happens…

Though we do our very best to be flexible, we encourage guests to take out travel insurance that covers cancellations – it’s a small price for peace of mind and can be a real lifesaver if things go sideways.
That said, if you need to cancel due to illness or serious emergencies, please get in touch with us. In genuine cases, we’re happy to offer the option to rebook your holiday, so your payment doesn’t go to waste – the jungle will still be here, waiting for you.
